On April 29, at around 2 PM, Soe Soe Aye was shot dead by the junta soldiers while she was riding a motorcycle on Nyaung Pin Wun Bridge along Sagaing-Monywa Road. Her passenger was also shot. Soe Soe Aye was from Nyaung Yin Village, Myinmu Township, Sagaing Region.
