A total of 38 Villagers from Kwansite Village in Mandalay Region’s Myingyan Township were arrested and interrogated after a former USDP Chairman Myint Kyaw was hacked to death on June 15 at Kwansite Village. Two Villagers killed from to torture during interrogation.
